Ms. Tulekyan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Northridge in 2007. She furthered her education by obtaining her Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law in 2012. Ms. Tulekyan is also fluent in Armenian.
